The room was looking pretty bare as Dean worked on finishing up the last of his packing. There were two piles: the duffles he was taking with him, and the last load of stuff in boxes he was leaving down at the house in town.

Dean was still in a pretty good mood if feeling a little.. restless. He was just debating whether he wanted to go out and do something tonight and if so what.

Dean had been thinking about doing it since Monday, but other things had got in the way.

But finally today, he picked up the phone and dialled.

Leaving Sammi with her mother just to make things simpler, Dean took the two boys back to his room for the night. Cas went right to sleep like, well like an angel, but John William was another story.

"So," Dean said, getting two bottles of soda out of his fridge and handing one to the boy. "You going to tell me what's wrong?"

There were were worse ways to wake up than lying naked in bed with a douchebag that you'd had lots of hot sex with the night before. At this particular moment, Dean couldn't think of any of them though.

"Oh god, kill me now," he muttered.

Dean hadn't been really indulging much in his photography hobby lately, and he really thought he should get back to it. His latest endeavour had certainly turned out much to his liking and he decided he should share it.

After a fun afternoon at the house, Dean and Sammy had headed back to the dorms and Dean was now sitting on his bed, throwing toys for Hunter to chase and bring back, and playing with his phone.

An awesome weekend like this one needed to be talked about so he hit a button on his speed dial.

Dean woke up with the fuzziness and lingering headache that meant he'd taken the heavy duty painkillers, the ones that always knocked him right out. Later that would be what he blamed for not immediately remembering why he was tied to his bed or why his brother was sacked out on the other one.

"Sammy? Hey dude, you want to wake up and untie me?"

After a little bit of time talking to various people who seemed as clueless as he was, Tom had excused himself and headed back to where he had woke up. His shoulder was hurting a lot and he was afraid he was going to bleed through the dressing on it if he didn't get it changed ( Read more... )
